Crocker Park Adding Another Local Shop To The Neighborhood, Estella Boutique
Highly Curated Women’s Apparel & Accessories Store Joining The Dynamic Lifestyle Center Later This Year
Crocker Park was built to be a lively, mixed-used lifestyle center, bringing together both locally owned and operated businesses and national brands to create the best shopping and dining experience for visitors. This fall, Crocker Park will be welcoming another locally owned business to Main Street, Estella Boutique, owned by Clevelander, Tina Rutkowski. Estella Boutique will become neighbors to businesses including Homage, Lululemon, Starbucks, 3 Palms Pizzeria and more!
Estella Boutique will feature a revolving and highly curated collection of women’s clothing, jewelry, accessories, and homewares, with a special commitment to working with other small and local vendors and artisans. Through her shop, owner Tina Rutkowski’s goal is to support communities from showcasing a new artisan to providing one-of-a-kind pieces to customers and making every visitor feel empowered and special when they walk out the door.
“Supporting local businesses is a true passion for us at Stark Enterprises and our properties, especially since Bob Stark began our company as a local business, working to help and build communities,” said Lidia Saluan Richani, Executive Vice President of Leasing at Stark Enterprises. “We are thrilled to continue to add to our eclectic collection of locally owned businesses here at Crocker Park by welcoming Estella Boutique. The passion and drive Tina Rutkowski has for her business and for her local community is a perfect fit for Crocker Park and we can not wait for the boutique to open later this year!”
Owner, Tina Rutkowski, personally curates and creates the collections that will be sold at the boutique, ranging from well- known brands including Free People, Kut from the Kloth, Clover & Coast, Cleobella and many more, to locally owned labels and artisans. Many locally made items sold at Estella Boutique will come from artisans who believes in giving back to the environment and/or provides positive and life changing opportunities to their communities.
Estella Boutique will be located at 229 Main St, and store opening will be this fall season. Stay up to date on Estella Boutique’s opening at Crocker Park and all other happenings and new additions by visiting crockerpark.com and by following @CrockerPark on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
