• Part-Time Associate Possible Keyholder

  Destination Maternity is looking for a Part-Time Associate with room to grow to a Keyholder Position based on performance. This position will start out at 5-10 hours a week, could move up to 20-25 hours again, based on performance.
  Requirements/Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships; communicate successes and opportunities to supervisor; maintain professional level of communication.
  • Execute and maintain all visual and marketing directives to Company and/or leased partner standards; ensure all weekly promotional sign changes are executed timely.
  • Comply with all Company and leased partner policies and procedures, inclusive of adhering to proper schedule.
  • Demonstrate good safety practices in the department when performing all functions of the job. Support and adhere to all safety practices as communicated in the safety videos and safety assessment; address any concerns with business partners.
  • Complete all transfers, price changes, damages, and markdowns by effective date.
  • Demonstrate the ability to generate sales and build business by ensuring all activities are completed within the allotted time frame.
  • Prior retail and/or service/selling experience required
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to operate computer and/or cash register
  • Adhere to attendance/scheduling policies.

  Position Responsibilities

   

  •

  Works in partnership with the General or Store Manager to meet and exceed store sales plans and performance objectives.
  •

  Hold self and team accountable to divisional/operational standards and productivity goals.
  •

  Assist in training and developing the store team to maximize their potential and increase sales.
  •

  Maintain all visual/marketing directives as per company standard. Effectively communicate business opportunities and client feedback to Store Manager.

   

  Required Experience and Personal Qualities

  ?

  •

  Minimum three years of experience in a retail management role.
  •

  Strong understanding of fashion, current trends, and the retail landscape.
  •

  Ability to be mobile in a store including standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and/or twisting, for up to eight hours or more per day.
  •

  Proactive and approachable; possesses a leadership style that contributes to a fun and energizing work environment.
  •

  Acts with integrity and maintains high ethical standards.
